Advanced Design

The industry's first extruded aluminum ejector system has no plastic parts and carries a lifetime warranty against handle breakage. The patented EZ-Mount™ PCB mounting blocks are extruded into the panel, eliminating parts and simplifying assembly. Triple*Ease™ front panels are available with or without EMI shielding gaskets and your choice of ejector handles in a variety of styles to satisfy your requirements.

Complete Manufacturing Capabilities

Triple E supplies completely machined, finished and assembled front panels ready for PCB mounting. We custom machine to your specifications using modern CNC equipment. A variety of finish options are available including Iridite, anodize and durable powder coat available in several standard colors. After silk screening your logo and other identification permanently on the panel, we assemble the handles to the panel and package for shipment.

Triple Ease Front Panel Design Kit

To help simplify your design effort, Triple E has developed downloadable design kits with CAD template drawings of Eurocard front panels. The drawings are available in three different CAD file formats: .DXF,.IGS and .DWG (AutoCAD R14). There are many drawings of typical front panel sizes, ready for editing with your I/O cutout requirements. If the software you use is unable to read these formats or if you simply don't have the time, give us a call. Our staff of experienced design engineers will assist you with your design.
